Footage from Justin Bieber’s concert in Dubai confirms that while a fan indeed went after the singer on stage, the “attack” was nowhere near as violent as first reported.
Various media outlets reported Sunday that a young fan “tackled” Justin Bieber during the live show, but from what is visible on the footage, it appears that the fan was only able to grab the heartthrob.
By the time he made contact, security personnel was already en route to prevent the attack, and a guard quickly tackled the fan to keep Bieber out of harm’s way. A piano flipped over during the melee, but the singer was able to escape unscathed.
