WWE continued two of its prominent RAW storylines on Twitter late Monday, with Zack Ryder again playing the buffoon and CM Punk unleashing anger.
Following up on his planned, storyline dinner with Eve, Ryder noted that the Diva ended up blowing off the date.
He initially Tweeted, “Waiting on @EveMarieTorres to show up for our date. It’s gonna be #SSSIIICCCKKK,” before following up, “Still waiting…” and ultimately, “So I guess @EveMarieTorres isn’t coming. #worstnightever.”
She later Tweeted back, “Soooooo sorry… Something came up.Promise I’ll make it up to u? ;-).”
He responded with gratitude.
— CM Punk, meanwhile, addressed the latest turn in his storyline with Chris Jericho, which saw Y2J employ Punk’s father’s alcoholism as heat for the WrestleMania feud.
“I don’t want any sympathy. Save it for Chris. Shit just got next level. I will hurt you,” wrote Punk. “Everybody has skeletons in the family closet. Keep my father out of it.”
