Following “Glee,” “We Are Young” Makes Impact on WWE RAW

The game has suddenly gotten a lot bigger for fun. and its song “We Are Young.”

After getting its mainstream breakthrough during Tuesday’s episode of “Glee,” the song made its presence felt on the iTunes singles chart, racking up enough sales to gain staying power in the top 50. The “Glee” cover, meanwhile, held at number one through the weekend, undoubtedly making for one of the best-selling “Glee” singles of the season.

Monday, it got exposed to another sizable young adult audience during WWE RAW. WWE featured the song as the narration for its “Game-Changer of the Year” Award on the annual Slammy special.

John Cena and The Rock ended up winning the award for their feud, which is leading to a match at WrestleMania 28.
