WWE Heightens Security Over Diva’s “Crazy Stalker,” Threats

WWE is working to assure Lee Silber, the man Diva Maryse called a “crazy stalker” and accused of conveying threatening messages, will not cause trouble at its live events.

The company confirmed to TMZ that it has added additional security personnel to its live event staff and that it will “keep the extra protection in place as long as the organization feels there is a legitimate threat.”

TMZ says WWE has additionally initiated some security protocol that needs to be kept under wraps.

It is unclear if other incidents helped fuel WWE’s need for increased, company-wide security, but the story says Maryse’s issue is definitely on WWE’s radar and that staff are “on the lookout in case [Silber] attempts to attend an event.”
