Kevin Nash Says “Diesel” Will Likely Make WWE Return

Under what had been reported as a “Legends” contract, Kevin Nash teased that his breakthrough “Diesel” character will eventually make a return to the WWE airwaves.

Noting that his contract with WWE is for five years, Nash wrote on Twitter, “I’m sure in the next 5 yrears, You All will hear the Diesel engine again. Trust me.”

As was reported after he made his surprise Royal Rumble appearance, Nash was not being eyed for a regular, in-ring role with the company, although the strong crowd reaction warmed WWE to using him on special occasions.

Based on a face-to-face he had with The Big Show at Royal Rumble, there was talk that WWE might book a Big Show vs. Kevin Nash match at WrestleMania, but Show’s recent booking on television has not suggested WWE is still considering that bout.
