“The Social Network” Scores Golden Globe Award For Best Picture

“The Social Network,” which has been a stellar performer so far in awards season, nabbed its most high-profile trophies to date at the 68th Golden Globe Awards.

In addition to very predictably winning for Best Screenplay (Aaron Sorkin) and Best Director (David Fincher), the acclaimed drama won the night’s top honor — the award for Best Motion Picture – Drama.

“Network” defeated “Black Swan,” “The Fighter,” “Inception” and “The King’s Speech.”
