Big WWE RAW Star Could Miss WrestleMania Due to Surgery

Although nothing is yet set in stone, there is an increasing cloud of pessimism surrounding CM Punk’s ability to avoid surgery.

According to F4WOnline.com, Punk’s hip injury is serious enough that a tentative surgery date has been scheduled for some point in the very near future. While the hope is that the surgery can be avoided, it is looking more and more like there is no alternative to recovering from the hip issue.

The belief right now is that the surgery would keep Punk out of in-ring action for three to six months; that could call his ability to wrestle at WrestleMania into jeopardy.
