WWE made the first overt teases regarding the identify of RAW’s anonymous general manager Monday, although it was clear from the delivery that the ‘hints’ were meant to be red herrings.
Included in some of the GM’s “emails” were signature “Stone Cold” Steve Austin quotes, including “gimme a hell yeah” and “because the GM said so.” The Austin references scored pops from the live crowd, but there are currently no plans for Austin to emerge as the permanent general manager on RAW.

As “consequences” for their actions, the Nexus members must wait three months before receiving a title shot.
The “ban” on violent interactions between Nexus and the WWE Superstars has been lifted.
Randy Orton vs. Edge and John Cena vs. The Nexus have been confirmed for next week’s RAW.

Look i have been vewing all theeses comments and it could verry well be Stone Cold who is the secret Raw General Manager i wouldent be surprised given that he has been General Manager in the past so its possible that it is him once thing is for sure its not that little Miz ass kisser Michael Cole because he is a no body apart from anything he hasent had any experiance in a managerial roal
It’s jim Ross they did that to make everyone think it’s stone cold but remeber Austin and j.r are good friends and thiers been many times when j.r has used those catch phrases also….
I think the GM is either Paul Heyman or Eric Bishoff, cause whoever it is seems to be the Leader of The Nexus, think about it. The Nexus said all that they have done has a purpose, to a much bigger picture, and not to mention Anderson spoke of a hostile take over of the WWE. It all makes sense, btw Wade Barret will be Champion soon, cause he will be in Money in the Bank and will win…
no no no…. they will do different lines from different past superstars/legends then we will end up with Eugene being the new GM … lol. Ok I don’t think it will be Eugene, nor Stone Cold, nor good ole JR. The truth of the matter is that WWE will end up giving us a less than luster GM.

3164lyfe and myself seem to be the only ones who really know whats going on here. Think about this for a second. Steve Austin is too busy making movies (The Expendables comes out Aug 13th)and so is the Rock (Fast and Furious 5 coming next summer) so as much as you all want the BAD BOYS of the WWF ATTITUDE era back face it. It aint gonna happen unless their guest hosts of WWE RAW. the GM is obviously going to be either HBK or Triple H. Two reasons: HBK has been gone since WM26 and is deemed retired but we all know that he will be coming back because of the tears in his eyes when he left. He loves us and the whole WWE Universe. This is all hes known for the last 25 years. and the second reason is if its HHH, hes Vinces Son-in-Law. Cmon…he can do whatever he wants. And Come summerslam we will all know who the GM is Im sure. but yea. sorry to dissapoint all the 316 and Brama Bull fans but face it people those two icons are never coming back to entertain us unless their getting millions of dollars on the big screen. Now as far as the who Nexus bullcrap, i think this is the dumbest story plot in WWE history. I believe though that Nexus will prevail at Summerslam, however, Undertaker is due back after having recent knee surgery, as well as Shawn Michaels return after his knee surgery. And who can forget HHH. When the Undertaker comes back, he will probably align himself with Cena, HHH, Randy Orton, Kane, possibly HBK, and Edge, and maybe Bret Hart. But these are the only people who will take down the Nexus. Think of it this way. You are teaming up The Brothers of Destruction, with DX, with Cena, Rated RKO (Edge and Orton)and the Hitman Bret Hart. This will be the group to defeat the Nexus.
The group they have now is somewhat ok, but R-truth?? Morrison? Jericho? Khali? As the Miz would say….REALLY??? REALLY??? cmon now.

I know it’s not HBK because although he retired wrestling in WWE. He actually works as an ambassador for the WWE instead, Though the suggestions of Stone Cold, The Game or Roddy Piper do sound like they might be the Anonamouse GM of Raw, But knowin the WWE you’ll find It’s either one of them but saying all theys phrases could be something to confuse you all due to probally not wanting to found out so quickly. Or It’s someone completely different. trying to cnfuse us all. i watched WWE ever since I was 3 Years Old so I do know abit before I get any stupid Comments like ‘How the fuck do you know, You don’t know fuck all’ and Shit like that! Heres another thing aswell to add to my asumption I don’t it’s the Rock because he hasn’t been heard from the WWE for so long.

It certainly will not be Stone Cold or The Rock, as the comments above say they’re well into their movie careers and any comeback either make will only be a one night/guest host night and they won’t come in for any period of time like Bret Hart has. It’s clear we didn’t find out at summerslam so god knows when we will. But, I think JR is a good shout, along with HHH or HBK (or maybe both) but i believe the comments have been ‘red herrings’ so i don’t think it’ll be any of the people that have had their quotes used in the anonymous e-mails and I think we’ll all be left extremely disappointed when the GM is announced as I think it’ll be someone absolutely crap just like I was extremely disappointed when that useless idiot was announced as the 7th member last night.
After reading the above comments, there are some interesting posts as it pertains to the Anonomous GM for Raw. I will break down the individuals that I believe are the “Anonomous GM” for Monday Night Raw.
1. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson- The reason I placed The Rock at the top of my list is because he has mentioned at different times that he has been talking with Vince McMahon, and that he plans on returning to the WWE some time this Summer (2010) in a way where he isn’t a guest host for one night only (he wants something a little more long term).
2. Triple H- Yes, it was rumored that Triple H was supposed to return this past Sunday Night to Summerslam but due to another injury that required surgery, he is not supposed to return until at least Survivor Series (in November). Also, Triple H would make an excellent GM, and a perfect mastermind for the formation of Nexus.
3. Shawn Michaels- It is well documented that HBK trained Bryan Danielson (Daniel Bryan), and was very furious when Daniel Bryan was eliminated from Season 1 of NXT. In this capacity, it would seem logical that as a mysterious GM, HBK would make the lives of the “Nexus” a living Hell.
4. Stone Cold Steve Austin- Although it is very unlikely that Stone Cold is the anonomious GM due to the fact that he has been making movies (even tho his catch phrases were used, the catch phrases from Piper, and DX have been used at different times as well), there is always the distinct possibility that he could be the GM.
5. Eugene- Remember that Eugene always tried to mimmick the wrestlers at different times while he was a “wrestler” in the WWE, and also remember that Eugene is “the so-called” nephew of Eric Bischoff. By using Eugene as the anonomous GM, the WWE could potentially make fun of TNA, while regaining popularity.
6. Bret Hart- Why not continue with Bret Hart as the anonomous GM for Raw, and just have Vince McMahon claim that he was fired. Make it appear that for a bit the Hart is very friendly with John Cena, but all the sudden is the Anonomous GM, who turns his back on Cena and the rest of the Raw Superstars. (It is possible).
7. Jim Ross- Although very unlikely as JR has stated himself that he is not the GM for Raw, it would be a good way to bring JR back into the mainstream, and use him as the “Mastermind” for bringing the Nexus into the WWE (especially since he is always scouting for new talent).
8. Michael Cole- Personally, I am not a fan of Michael Cole, but look at how constantly he is receiving the “emails” from the “GM”.
9. Shane McMahon- This is a distinct possibility due to the fact that he has been spending time with his family, as well as behind the scenes at the WWE Headquarters, and wanting to make a return to the forefront.
10. Kevin Von Erich- Yes Kevin has not wrestled in years and refuses to wrestle due to the death of his brothers, and father, but it would be a major shock if he was the anonomous Raw GM (especially since he still works for the WWE at the WWE on Demand program site along side Michael P.S. Hayes, promoting and discussing the old World Class Wrestling programs). I think it would be interesting if it was him, and he was the “mastermind” behind the Nexus.
In conclusion, it could potentially be someone else that has had a historic career with professional wrestling (a hall of famer). It is only a matter of time before we all find out who the mystery GM for Raw is as the anonomous GM storyline is getting pretty old.
I have top 5 Mystery GM guesses and here are they:
1. The Rock – He’s planning to return… and maybe Vince found a unique way to make him return…
2. Steve Austin – remember the “because the GM said so.” line?? Very fishy
3. HHH – HHH is planning to return, but due to his injuries, he might be unavailable until Survivor Series… But no one knows?? He might be doing the GM thing while preparing for WWE
4. Shawn Michaels – I just added him to the list when Bret Hart was replaced by The Viper against Justin Gabriel since he doesn’t like Bret Hart, and don’t want to see him wrestle again
or it could be
5. Bret Hart – Well it might be just a mind-game for Vince to announce Bret was replaced but maybe he’s just trying to protect himself after the parking lot assault. Another is when the GM don’t wanna see Bret in action, it might be a way to protect himself from receiving the 450 splash that Justin Gabriel claimed to do on Bret
If I was a betting man, I would say Michael Cole. It looks as though he’s turning out to be a heel announcer. It seems as though he’s jeering the face wrestlers.

i think it could be Batista. as you can see nexus has targeted the one and only john cena, who was the wwe champ and the spotlight of monday night raw. Batista tried everything in his power to kick him out but he couldn’t. he was jealous of cena. after he quit, he has decided to screw up cena. he costed cena the wwe title. and now its upto a point where cena will have to act like wade’s puppet or get fired. or if cena is man enough. he should quit but take out wade before quitting. because if he quits now, he can come back later.
