Four Top WWE Stars Reportedly Injured at WWE Over the Limit

In an update to last night’s early news on WWE Over the Limit injuries, the word as of this afternoon was that four WWE Superstars were hurt, in some way, at last night’s event.

The belief at press time was that Ted DiBiase suffered a concussion, possibly when he took an early hard slap from R-Truth. While the seriousness was unclear, WWE’s recent focus on concussions suggests the company will keep DiBiase out of the ring this week.

CM Punk, meanwhile, required thirteen staples to repair a cut on his head last night, while Randy Orton separated his shoulder.

There is also a report that Batista injured his back and tailbone when taking one of the final bumps in his match with John Cena. No further word was available on the degree of injury.
