Source: TNA Wrestling Insiders Wanted 15-20 Wrestlers Fired

It has become public knowledge that TNA Wrestling is considering making some roster cuts, but the extent to which some officials want to trim the payroll is far more staggering than expected.

According to the Wrestling Observer, TNA insiders close to company president Dixie Carter provided a list of 15-20 names worthy of a release from the company. Carter initially resisted, opposing the idea of dropping wrestlers who might not have an alternative source of making money in this uncertain economy with limited pro wrestling options.

Ultimately, however, the feeling is that some names are going to be dropped from the company.
