With talk of Mike “Virgil” Jones making a surprise appearance on tonight’s RAW having already made rounds, many are wondering what else to expect on the Buzz Aldrin-hosted, commercial-free edition of Monday Night RAW.
WWE has formally announced John Cena vs. Sheamus and The Miz vs. Bret “Hitman” Hart for tonight’s show. The latter has, in particular, attracted a lot of fan and insider attention.
The first point of interest came when Bret commented that he did not even know he was booked for that angle until his son told him about what was said on last week’s RAW. Now there is talk that something else of note might go down in that angle.
Since he was ‘eliminated’ from NXT last week, Daniel “Bryan Danielson” Bryan has been on many fans’ radar–when, they asked, would he get the chance to move onto the main roster. A feud with his former WWE “Pro” The Miz seemed natural, and it seems like a strong possibility that he will get involved in The Miz-Hart storyline tonight.
Adding fuel to the fire regarding his potential involvement in the Hart-Miz match was a note on F4WOnline.com, which said that there were some big plans discussed for that angle that reporters were asked not to reveal. WWE has a history of changing its plans when they leak to the Internet, and F4WOnline.com said that it did not want to “jinx” anybody by revealing details of the story.
That certainly implies that a name like Bryan Danielson is at least being considered for the angle on RAW, but regardless of whether or not that is the plan, there has definitely been some talk of getting Danielson on the show tonight.
