Story on WWE Postponing “Little People’s Court”

With the only true “leak” prior to Monday’s RAW being a report that WWE was taping a “Little People’s Court” segment in a Baltimore, MD court house, there was disappointment (or glee, depending on the individual) when said segment did not air on Monday’s telecast.

As PWInsider.com has reported, the scene, slated to involve DeGeneration X being tried for its crimes against little people (namely Hornswoggle), was postponed for “creative reasons.” Because WWE management was already unhappy about the segment’s details leaking, it was reportedly not a tough decision to hold off on taping the trial.

The decision to postpone the segment was made early in the weekend–a promoter confirmed to F4WOnline.com that one of his little person talents, who was scheduled to appear with other mini wrestlers in the court scene, was told by Saturday that his services would not be needed in Baltimore.

WWE still wants to tape the segment; it should ultimately air on an episode of RAW this month.
