Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow” Receives Gold Certification In Australia

Cardi B’s breakthrough hit picks up an accreditation in the Land Down Under.

Cardi B just received her first accreditation in Australia.

According to ARIA, the hip-hop artist’s breakthrough “Bodak Yellow” attained gold status this week.

The award signifies 35,000 in Australian units.

“Bodak Yellow,” which is now in its sixth week on the ARIA Australian Top 50 Singles Chart, appears at #36.

It has thus far gone as high as #33 on the listing.

— “Bodak Yellow” also holds a gold certification in New Zealand, as well as a platinum award in Canada. While the official RIAA website only confirms gold status, Cardi B recently revealed on Instagram that her song has reached 3x platinum in the United States.
