Melanie Martinez’ “Pacify Her” Receives Gold Certification In United States

Yet another song from Melanie Martinez’ debut studio album “Cry Baby” has received a digital single certification in the United States.

According to the RIAA, Martinez’ “Pacify Her” earned a gold certification on September 19, 2017.

The award confirms 500,000 in US units. Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

“Pacify Her” becomes the ninth Martinez single to earn a certification from the RIAA.

“Sippy Cup,” “Cry Baby,” “Soap,” “Carousel,” “Mad Hatter,” and “Mrs. Potato Head” are also gold, while “Pity Party” and “Dollhouse” are platinum (1 million units).
