According to Mediabase, San Diego’s Energy 103.7 actually played the song 8 times before Thursday came to a close. San Francisco’s 99.7 NOW played it 7 times, while Spokane’s 105.7 Now provided 6 spins.
Many other stations played the song between 1 and 4 times Thursday night.
A substantial number of stations plan to play “Look What You Made Me Do” once an hour (if not more frequently) for the duration of Friday. The airplay will thrust the single comfortably into pop radio’s Top 40.
