Demorest offers an additional bridge between the two — she co-wrote Fifth Harmony’s singles “Work From Home” and “Down.”
Both sets of women had prominent roles at Sunday’s Teen Choice 2017 ceremony.
Fifth Harmony introduced multiple segments — and also won multiple Surfboards. The women of “STAR” took the stage to perform a song from the forthcoming second season.
