Travi$ Scott’s “Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight” Pacing For 60-70K US Sales; 90K+ Total Units

Signposted by his booking on the September 8 “Late Show With Stephen Colbert,” Travi$ Scott’s new “Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight” arrived on iTunes and Apple Music Friday.

It should debut prominently on the album sales and consumption charts.

According to Hits Daily Double, the album is on track to sell 60-70,000 pure US copies during its first week of release. The inclusion of SEA (track streams/1500) and TEA (available track sales/10) should yield a weekly consumption total of 90-105,000 units.

The totals should definitely be the best among new releases — and may end up as the week’s best, period.
