Shortly after UFC confirmed that Brock Lesnar will return to the Octagon at UFC 200, WWE issued a statement on the matter.
WWE says it granted Lesnar, who remains under contract with the organization, a “one-off opportunity” to fight at the historic UFC 200 event.
Lesnar will return to WWE for the August 21 Summerslam event.
The identity of Lesnar’s UFC 200 opponent will reportedly be revealed this coming Monday.
