Justin Timberlake’s new single “Can’t Stop The Feeling,” which debuts at #22 on the Mediabase pop radio airplay chart, claims an even higher opening week ranking on the hot adult contemporary listing.
Despite not arriving until the sixth day of the May 1-7 tracking week, “Can’t Stop The Feeling” still managed to attain ~1,233 tracking week spins. The count positions “Can’t Stop The Feeling” at #21 on Mediabase’s Hot AC chart.
“Can’t Stop The Feeling” is one of three additions to the format’s Top 25.
Cold War Kids’ alternative crossover “First,” the second addition, rises five places to #22. It was played ~1,105 times during the tracking week (+126).
Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home (featuring Ty Dolla $ign)” also earns a Top 25 position this week. The song, which concurrently rises to #1 on the rhythmic chart and holds at #4 on te pop listing, grabs #25 at Hot AC courtesy its ~1,051 tracking week spins (+188). It was #28 last week.
