“Drunk On Your Love” Becomes Brett Eldredge’s Fifth Straight Country Radio #1

The streak continues for Brett Eldredge, who this week earns his fifth consecutive country radio #1.

The artist’s latest chart-topper is “Drunk On Your Love,” which enjoys a two-place lift to #1 on this week’s Mediabase country radio singles chart.

“Drunk” follows previous Eldredge singles “Lose My Mind,” “Mean To Me,” “Beat Of The Music,” and “Don’t Ya” in reaching the chart’s apex. Like “Drunk On Your Love,” “Lose My Mind” is from Eldredge’s sophomore album “Illinois.” The other three chart-toppers are from his debut “Bring You Back.”

Not simply the leader in Mediabase chart points, “Drunk On Your Love” also ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most-played song for the March 20-26 tracking week. It received a format-leading 8,601 spins (+827).

Cole Swindell’s #2 “You Should Be Here,” however, reached the greatest audience during the tracking week. Its weekly impression count of 58.800 million bests the 58.624 million posted by Eldredge’s single.

Up one place, Rascal Flatts’ “I Like The Sound Of That” follows Swindell’s tune at #3. A two-place lift thrusts Florida Georgia Line’s “Confession” to #4, while Chase Bryant’s “Little Bit Of You” follows at #5. It is also up two places from last week’s position.
