The finale of “American Idol” is two weeks away, and details have emerged regarding the three-night broadcast event.
The action begins on Tuesday, April 5. From 8-9:30 ET, FOX will present “American Idol: American Dream,” a 90-minute retrospective chronicling the history of the show. Original judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson will also appear to share “never-before-revealed stories about how IDOL came to be.”
Wednesday, April 6 will feature the final performance show. The remaining finalists will compete for America’s vote during the 8-9PM hour.
“American Idol” will then crown its fifteenth and final winner during an 8PM-10:06PM ET broadcast on Thursday, April 7.
