Zac Brown Band’s “Beautiful Drug” Reaches #1 on MB Country Radio Chart; Rascal Flatts Top 5

“Beautiful Drug” is the third country radio single from Zac Brown Band’s “Jekyll + Hyde.”

This week, it becomes the third “Jekyll + Hyde” single to reach #1 on the Mediabase country radio singles chart.

Up one place, “Beautiful Drug” seizes the throne from Carrie Underwood’s “Heartbeat.” Underwood’s song slips to #5 on this week’s chart.

Not simply the leader in Mediabase chart points, “Beautiful Drug” also ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most-played and most-heard song for the March 13-19 tracking period.

It received ~8,258 weekly spins (+393) and 57.814 million weekly audience impressions.

Up one place, Cole Swindell’s “You Should Be Here” takes #2 on this week’s chart. Brett Eldredge’s “Drunk On Your Love” (#3, +1) and Rascal Flatts’ “I Like The Sound Of That” (#4, +3) land ahead of “Heartbeat” in the Top 5.
