X Ambassadors’ multi-format smash “Renegades” is once again the #1 song at hot adult contemporary radio.
The track, which received ~6,627 spins during the October 11-17 tracking week (+48), tops Mediabase’s Hot AC airplay chart for a second straight week.
As it does on the pop listing, Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” takes the runner-up spot on this week’s Hot AC chart. Up two places, it received ~6,540 tracking week spins (+511).
R. City’s “Locked Away (featuring Adam Levine)” follows at #3 with ~6,420 weekly spins (+349), while Elle King’s “Ex’s and Oh’s (#4, +2 | ~5,827, +647) and The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face” (#5, -3 | ~5,788, -333) complete the Top 5.
The Elle King song is making its inaugural appearance in the Top 5. Like “Renegades,” it also reached the upper reaches of the Triple A and alternative charts (and is also making upward moves at pop).
