The Weeknd’s “The Hills” Earns 5th Week at #1 on Rhythmic Airplay Chart

Still substantially separated from the rest of the pack, The Weeknd’s “The Hills” earns a fifth straight week at #1 on Mediabase’s rhythmic radio airplay chart.

This week’s victory comes courtesy the song’s ~7,344 tracking week spins. Up by 98 from last week’s mark, the count exceeds that of the nearest competitor by nearly 1500.

Fetty Wap’s “679,” that runner-up, received ~5,868 plays during the September 27-October 3 tracking week (+553).

Drake’s “Hotline Bling” (#3, +1 | ~5,686, +1,206), Selena Gomez’ “Good For You (featuring A$AP Rocky)” (#4, +3 | ~4,450, +154) and Fetty Wap’s “My Way (featuring Monty)” (#5, -2 | ~4,226, -440) complete the Top 5.

The Gomez song is making its inaugural Top 5 appearance.
