The latest singles from Leona Lewis and A Great Big World share this week’s most-added distinction at hot adult contemporary radio.
According to Mediabase, Lewis’ “Thunder” and AGBW’s “Hold Each Other (featuring Futuristic)” each received adds from 15 monitored Hot AC stations. No other song received as much support from the hot adult contemporary format.
Meghan Trainor’s “Like I’m Gonna Lose You (featuring John Legend)” came closest. The fourth “Title” single,” which is already a Top 30 hit at the format, received adds from 12 stations this week.
Demi Lovato’s Top 20 hit “Cool for the Summer” follows with 11 monitored adds, while X Ambassadors’ Top 25 entry “Renegades” claims fifth-most added on the strength of its 10 pickups.
Other notable Hot AC options: Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness (9 adds, 6th-most added), Charlie Puth’s “Marvin Gaye (featuring Meghan Trainor)” (8 adds, 7th-most, tie), Elle King’s “Ex’s and Oh’s” (8 adds, 7th-most, tie), Fifth Harmony’s “Worth It (featuring Kid Ink)” (7 adds, 9th-most, tie), Nate Ruess’ “Great Big Storm” (7 adds, 9th-most, tie), R.
