Hot 100: Fetty Wap’s “679” Debuts in Top 40, “My Way” Starts at #98

Already represented by a Top 5 hit in “Trap Queen,” rising hip hop star Fetty Wap grabs two additional spots on this week’s chart.

Benefiting from strong sales and streaming, his “679 (featuring Remy Boyz)” enters the chart at #34. It bests Demi Lovato’s heavily-hyped “Cool for the Summer” (#36) to rank as the week’s highest-charting debut.

In conjunction with its first Hot 100 appearance, “679” lands at #7 on Digital Songs and #43 on Streaming Songs.

Fetty Wap’s current radio single “My Way” also enters the chart. The track begins its Hot 100 run at #98.

The aforementioned “Trap Queen,” which has gone as high as #2, is #5 on this week’s chart.
