Hot 100: Craig Wayne Boyd’s “Old Rugged Cross” Debuts at #59

The standout moment on a journey that would result in a “The Voice” victory officially debuts on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

“The Old Rugged Cross,” that standout Craig Wayne Boyd performance, starts at #59 on the Billboard Hot 100 based on its strong first week sales count.

Boyd’s latest Hot 100 bow comes two weeks after his “I Walk the Line” entered the chart at #84. It also continues the show’s streak of launching at least one track into the Hot 100 after each finals (Top 12+) round.

CWB’s song is not the sole “Voice” debut in the Hot 100 this week. The show also gains presence courtesy Matt McAndrew’s “Make it Rain” (#81) and Chris Jamison’s “When I Was Your Man” (#98).
