Speculation about new Taylor Swift music has proven very valid.
Tuesday afternoon, the music icon announced a new single entitled “Patient Zero.” The eagerly anticipated release will officially launch on Friday, September 25.
Ahead of the official release, Swift launched a physical pre-order on her website. Fans can buy CDs of the original version, an acoustic version, and a piano version for the next twenty-four hours.
“Patient Zero” follows “I Knew It, I Knew You” as Swift’s second single release of 2026. Part of the “Toy Story 5” soundtrack, that song reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, while also topping the hot adult contemporary, country, and pop radio charts.
