Night one of Goldrush Music Festival: Midnight Riders delivered some unforgettable moments, but there is reason to believe night two can be even more memorable.
The main Golden Gorge and Pioneer’s Peak stages are loaded with surging and established electronic forces, offering attendees an embarrassment of lineup riches on the night of Saturday, September 12.
After settling in with an impressive list of performers at 6PM, one should make a point to check out ROSSY’s 7PM set at Pioneer’s Peak. The trap standout should be a lock to electrify as day turns to night, creating an early highlight.
Following ROSSY’s set, opportunities exist to explore Valentino Khan, Lady Faith, RSquared, and the first moments of DJ Pauly D’s set. One’s personal taste will come into play here, but there should be something for all attendees – and thus a great way to keep the momentum going.
When 9PM arrives, Headline Planet’s focus will be on Know Good at Pioneer’s Peak. However, one can definitely make the case for IDEMI, the duo whose profile has been justifiably rising.
If rapidly rising stars are of interest, it’s murph becomes the ideal destination at 9:50PM. He will be playing the main Golden Gorge stage in that window.
One should aim to get comfortable there, because GRiZ will provide a can’t-miss showcase at 11:00PM in the same location. GRiZ is arguably the most compelling of the four topline acts (also including Alesso, Deadmau5, and Martin Garrix), so missing this one should not be an option.
After GRiZ, one will have a short window to head to Pioneer’s Peak to see the end of Delta Heavy and the beginning of Ray Volpe.
Volpe’s set is staggered fifteen minutes earlier than Martin Garrix’s closing Golden Gorge set, giving all attendees the opportunity to close their night with the mainstream juggernaut.
