Drake’s “Shabang” again claims #1 on the rhythmic radio listing.

Last week, Drake’s “Shabang” officially reached #1 on the Mediabase rhythmic radio chart.

A mid-week airplay adjustment did, however, show Yung Miami’s “Spend Dat” received slightly more spins during the associated tracking week. While that did not erase the Drake song’s historical claim to #1 (since it was officially crowned by Mediabase), it did create an interesting statistical situation.

There will be nuanced about this week’s chart: “Shabang” is the clear #1.

The Drake song retains its rhythmic radio crown, courtesy of the ~6,108 plays it received during the August 9-15 tracking period. The count tops last week’s mark by 209.

“Spend Dat” is now a distant #2; it received ~5,378 plays this week (-552).

Ariana Grande’s “hate that i made you love me” stays at #3, Shakira & Burna Boy’s “Dai Dai” rises two spots to #4, and Drake’s “Janice STFU” drops a place to #5.
