Making good on Headline Planet’s projection, Khalid’s “Better” scores a Top 5 position on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.
The song, which was #7 on last week’s listing, improves to #5 this week.
“Better” posted a tracking period play count of ~12,608. This week’s spin count tops last week’s mark by 1,062 plays.
“Better” is the only new addition to the Top 5 at pop radio.
A multi-format hit, “Better” recently spent time atop the Mediabase rhythmic radio chart. It has also been receiving airplay at the hot adult contemporary format.
