“Delta” will convincingly rank as this week’s best-selling album.

Barring a surprise release or development, Mumford & Sons’ “Delta” will claim #1 on next week’s US album charts.

The new release is expected to sell 195-205K pure US copies during the November 16-22 tracking period. With units from track sales and streams included, “Delta” may generate 205-215K in total consumption.

The pure sales tally should yield a #1 bow on Billboard Top Album Sales, while the consumption tally will drive a #1 debut on the Billboard 200.

Data for the new Michael Buble album has not yet been reported, but Hits still expects “Delta” to lead the pack. No other album is a lock to move half as many units.

“Delta” is the follow-up to “Wilder Mind,” which debuted at #1 with 231K pure sales and 249K total units.
