Several high-profile albums arrived on the US iTunes store late Thursday night, and they quickly shot to the upper reaches of the store’s all-genre sales chart.

As of press time at 12:50AM ET, Eric Church’s new “Desperate Man” is actually the store’s #1 album. twenty one pilots’ new “Trench” follows at #2, while Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper’s “A Star Is Born” soundtrack is #3.

All three albums are commanding sizable interest, and there has already been ample shuffling near the top of the chart. As an example, the “A Star Is Born” soundtrack actually spent a brief period at #1.

Steve Perry’s “Traces” (#4) and for KING & COUNTRY’s “Burn The Ships” (#5), two other new entries, complete the current Top 5.
