“Nice For What” will replace “Look Alive” atop the urban chart.

For the second time this spring, a Drake song will replace a Drake song at #1 on the Mediabase urban radio chart.

A few weeks ago, BlocBoy JB’s “Look Alive (featuring Drake)” seized the throne from Drake’s “God’s Plan.”

This week, Drake’s “Nice For What” will overtake “Look Alive” for #1.

“Nice For What” received 3,232 spins during the first four days of the May 6-12 tracking period. Up 9.0% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “Nice For What” at #1 on Mediabase’s building chart.

While it does not possess a huge lead over “Look Alive” (#2 on building with 3,208 spins), it has the clear momentum advantage. “Nice For What” is up 9.0% from the same-time-last-week mark, while “Look Alive” is down 7.2%.

Assuming they maintain similar trajectories as the week concludes, “Nice For What” should solidify its #1 position.
