We have a split-chart scenario; “Greatest Showman” leads in pure sales, but “Camila” wins for consumption.

Friday afternoon, Hits Daily Double revealed that the soundtrack to “The Greatest Showman” won this past week’s US album sales race.

Camila Cabello’s new “Camila,” however, ranked as the week’s #1 album in overall consumption (pure album sales + track sales/10 + track streams/1500).

Billboard just issued its album charts, and they feature the same dynamic.

“The Greatest Showman” takes #1 on Top Album Sales, while “Camila” debuts at #2.

“Camila,” however, earns #1 on the consumption-oriented Billboard 200 album chart. “The Greatest Showman,” which spent the past two weeks at #1 on that listing, dips to #2.

The #1 bow for “Camila” makes Cabello the first female artist to top the Billboard 200 with her debut full-length album since Meghan Trainor (“Title” in early 2015).

Billboard credits “Camila” with 119K total units; 65K are from pure sales. Hits lists those figures at 109K and 61K, respectively.

According to Billboard, “The Greatest Showman” posted 104K in total consumption units, with 70K coming from sales. Hits credits the soundtrack with 105K in total units and 71K in pure sales.

— “Camila” is Cabello’s debut solo album, but it is not her first Billboard 200 entry. She previously reached the chart as part of Fifth Harmony, going as high as #4 with “7/27.”

She also appears on the group’s #5-peaking “Reflection,” #6-peaking “Better Together” EP and #189-peaking “Better Together: Acoustic” EP.
