Lainey Wilson’s “Wildflowers and Wild Horses” completes its climb to #1 on the Mediabase country radio singles chart, rising five places to the pinnacle position on this week’s listing.

The #1 position comes thanks to the song generating the most chart points, but “Wildflowers” also ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most played and heard song for the April 28-May 4 tracking period. The song received ~8,344 spins (+1,959) and 32.6 million audience impressions.

Tyler Hubbard’s “Back Then Right Now” rises one place to #2, while Jordan Davis’ “Tucson Too Late” ascends one level to #3.

Bailey Zimmerman’s “Where It Ends” (#4, +1) and Sam Hunt’s “Outskirts” (#5, -3) close out the Top 5.

Scotty McCreery’s “Cab In A Solo,” last week’s leader, drops out of the Top 10.
