After nearly earning #1 on last week’s Mediabase pop radio chart, The Weeknd’s “Save Your Tears” officially secures the top spot this week.

“Save Your Tears” rises one spot to #1 on the strength of its ~17,290 tracking period spins. The count tops last week’s mark by 1,124 plays.

“Save Your Tears” follows “Earned It,” “Can’t Feel My Face,” and “Blinding Lights” in becoming the artist’s fourth #1 at the pop radio format.

Tate McRae’s “you broke me first,” last week’s leader, drops to #2 this week. The Tate McRae breakthrough received ~14,384 spins during the April 18-24 tracking period (-1,875).

Olivia Rodrigo’s “drivers license” rises one place to #3 despite a loss in airplay, while Billie Eilish’s “Therefore I Am” slides one spot to #4. Machine Gun Kelly & blackbear’s “my ex’s best friend” concurrently ascends one place to a new high of #5.
