Blake Shelton’s smash 2019 single “God’s Country” has officially attained multi-platinum status in the United States.

According to the RIAA, “God’s Country” formally reached 2x platinum on December 10, 2019. The award confirms 2 million in US units, with each unit equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

A #1 hit at country radio, “God’s Country” peaked at #17 on the Billboard Hot 100. It trails only “Boys Round Here” (#12) and “Honey Bee” (#13) as the third-highest-charting hit of Shelton’s career.

Also a critical favorite, “God’s Country” is up for Best Country Solo Performance at the 2020 Grammy Awards.
