A week-over-week airplay decline does not prevent “The Hype” from extending its impressive reign atop the Mediabase alternative radio chart.

Credited with ~3,126 spins during the November 24-30 tracking period, “The Hype” enjoys a seventh week as the format’s #1 song. This week’s spin count trails last week’s mark by 184 spins.

Coldplay’s “Orphans” again provides the closest competition. The song received ~2,827 tracking week spins, besting last week’s mark by 82.

Meg Myers’ “Running Up That Hill” holds at #3, and Absofacto’s “Dissolve” spends another week at #4. Weezer’s “The End Of The Game” is steady at #5.
