The Weeknd launched his new song “Heartless” to ample fanfare Wednesday.

Proof of that fanfare comes on the US iTunes sales chart. The song rocketed to #1 on the listing — and remains atop the all-genre chart as of press time at 10:45AM ET.

It seized the throne from Post Malone’s “Circles,” which received a big boost from the artist’s AMAs performance earlier this week.

Post Malone’s “Take What You Want (featuring Ozzy Osbourne & Travi$ Scott)” follows at #3, while Maroon 5’s “Memories” is #4. Selena Gomez’s “Lose You To Love Me” completes the Top 5.
