Featuring Will Ferrell as host and King Princess as musical guest, this weekend’s edition of “Saturday Night Live” enjoyed a week-over-week ratings gain.

Citing metered market data, NBC says Saturday’s episode drew a 4.3 overnight household rating. It meanwhile garnered a 2.0 adults 18-49 rating in the Top 25 markets.

The numbers top the 3.9 household rating and 1.6 demo rating posted by last weekend’s episode, which featured Harry Styles in the dual host-musical guest role.

They, moreover, reflect the show’s best performance since the ratings methodology change beginning with the October 5 episode.

“SNL” returns on December 7 with host Jennifer Lopez and musical guest DaBaby.
