It may not have launched until the middle of the tracking week, but Jay Chou & Ashin’s (of Mayday) “Won’t Cry” amassed an impressive view count on YouTube.

Credited with 12.0 million views, “Won’t Cry” debuts at #21 on the Global YouTube Music Videos Chart. It meanwhile ranks as the week’s #3 debut.

The video fared notably well in the United States, amassing 1.7 million American views during the tracking period. It starts at #40 on the US chart.

For context, it attracted roughly as many American views as Post Malone’s “Saint-Tropez,” Polo G’s “Effortless” and Halsey’s “Graveyard” time lapse.
