Last week, Ed Sheeran & Justin Bieber’s “I Don’t Care” ceded its hot adult contemporary radio throne to Shawn Mendes’ “If I Can’t Have You.”

This week, the song returns to #1 on the Mediabase Hot AC radio chart.

“I Don’t Care” received a format-leading ~6,571 spins during the August 25-31 tracking period. The count tops last week’s mark by 56 plays.

“I Don’t Care” is celebrating a sixth week in the pinnacle position.

“If I Can’t Have You” falls to #2 with ~6,303 spins (-246).

Jonas Brothers’ “Sucker” holds at #3, while Lewis Capaldi’s “Someone You Loved” rises one spot to #4. Up three places, Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello’s “Señorita” earns #5.
