The artist climbs four places to a new high of #7 on the listing, which ranks the top artists who have yet to score major hits on the key Billboard Song or Album Charts.
Saweetie’s ascent on Emerging Artists coincides with the rise of single “My Type.” The song, which debuted at #81 on last week’s edition of the all-genre Billboard Hot 100, climbs to #67 on this week’s listing.
“My Type” concurrently rises to new highs on Rap Digital Song Sales (#15) and R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales (#23), while also enjoying solid streaming and radio activity.
