Making good on the late-week projection, Kelsea Ballerini’s “Miss Me More” ascends to #1 on this week’s Mediabase country radio chart.

Up two places from last week’s position, “Miss Me More” seizes the throne from Morgan Wallen’s “Whiskey Glasses.” The song follows “Love Me Like You Mean It,” “Dibs,” “Peter Pan,” and “Legends” in becoming Ballerini’s fifth country radio chart-topper.

Not simply the leader in chart points, “Miss Me More” also ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s most played song for the June 2-8 tracking period. It received a format-leading ~8,420 spins (+1,150).

“Miss Me More” meanwhile ranks as the panel’s second-most-heard song for the tracking week. Its audience impression count of ~49.97 million trails the ~51.57 million achieved by “Whiskey Glasses.”

“Whiskey Glasses” nonetheless takes #2 on this week’s overall chart. Lee Brice’s “Rumor” rises one spot to #3.
