“Please Me” earns #13 based on airplay alone.

Despite not officially launching until after the sales and streaming tracking weeks, Cardi B & Bruno Mars’ “Please Me” makes the Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100.

The high-profile collaboration starts at #13 on this week’s chart, which ranks the Top 25 songs that have yet to appear on the actual Hot 100.

“Please Me,” as noted, did not formally arrive until February 15. As the sales and streaming tracking periods had already concluded (February 8-14), its chart position is thus based on its first few days of radio airplay (the radio tracking week ran from February 11-17).

“Please Me” should rocket onto next week’s actual Hot 100, which will account for its first full week of tracking in all columns.
