The Chainsmokers & 5 Seconds Of Summer released their collaboration “Who Do You Love” Thursday morning.

By Friday, it was the #1 song on the all-genre US iTunes sales chart.

“Who Do You Love” holds the top spot as of press time at 11:20AM ET Friday. The big question, of course, is whether it can hold off the surging tracks from Ariana Grande’s new album “thank u, next.”

Not simply a strong early sales performer, “Who Do You Love” attracted opening day interest at pop radio. Dozens of stations played the single on Thursday.

According to Mediabase, San Francisco’s WiLD 94.9 offered the greatest opening day support. The station had played “Who Do You Love” a whopping 18 times by the end of Thursday.

Boston’s Kiss 108 (16 spins), SiriusXM Hits 1 (10 spins) and Chicago’s B96 (9 spins) also offered healthy opening day play.
