The new collaboration between Sam Smith and Normani and 5 Seconds Of Summer’s recently released Queen cover both make the Top 40 on this week’s Mediabase hot adult contemporary radio chart.

Sam Smith & Normani’s “Dancing With A Stranger,” which was below last week’s chart at #75, blasts into this week’s Top 40 at #35. The collaboration received 305 Hot AC spins during the January 13-19 tracking period, besting last week’s mark by 281.

Up one place, 5 Seconds Of Summer’s “Killer Queen” makes its Hot AC debut at #40. The song posted a tracking period play count of 218 (+72).

— Sam Smith & Normani’s single also debuts on the Mediabase pop radio chart, rising twenty-four places to #31.
