Mariah Carey’s Christmas staple “All I Want For Christmas Is You” improves to #1 on this week’s edition of the Billboard Canadian Hot 100.

Up four places from last week’s position, the 1994 release tops the chart for the very first time.

It seizes the throne from Ariana Grande’s “thank u, next,” which drops to #2 after a seven-week stint in the pinnacle position.

Brenda Lee’s “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree” soars twelve places to #3 this week, while Marshmello & Bastille’s “Happier” dips one place to #4.

Halsey’s “Without Me” concurrently falls three spots to #5.
