Benefiting from a $6.99 price point and the enthusiasm one would expect for a new 21 Savage album, “i am > i was” has soared to the top of the US iTunes sales chart.

The album reached #1 on the US listing Friday morning, and it remains there as of press time at 12PM ET.

Its closest competition is another newcomer: A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s “Hoodie SZN.”

Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper’s “A Star Is Born” follows at #3, ahead of Lauren Daigle’s “Look Up Child” (#4) and “The Greatest Showman” (#5).

Save for “Hoodie SZN,” each of the aforementioned albums is part of the $6.99 promotion.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s “Realer” (#6), Ariana Grande’s “Sweetener” (#7), “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse” (#8), “21 Christmas Hits” (#9), and “The Essential NOW That’s What I Call Christmas” (#10) complete the Top 10.

“Sweetener” is part of the $6.99 promotion, while “21 Christmas Hits” is available for an even lower $5.99 price point.
